Phase 2 includes 5 parts:

  1. International Competency Development Training;
  2. Influencing, communication and engaging skills training; and how to apply to interviews;
  3. Job-seraching, how to obtain an interview opportunity workshops;
  4. Behavior interview and STAR (Start, Task, Action, Result) techniques. How to showcase your competencies.
  5. Mock interview with recording, preparing and feedback sessions.
